摘要
为促进大学生对大学生活适应性的发展,大学生在童年阶段的心理健康状况应该得到重视。通过调查小学生自卑感、心理弹性及生活适应性的状况与特点,探讨自卑感、心理弹性及生活适应性的关系,为大学生在童年阶段生活适应性的提高提供一定的理论依据。采用自卑感量表、青少年心理韧性量表和小学生生活适应量表,对240名四至六年级小学生进行调查发现,小学生的生活适应性在性别方面存在显著差异;小学生的自卑感、心理弹性在是否是独生子女方面存在显著差异;小学生的自卑感在年级方面存在显著差异。小学生自卑感量表总分、心理弹性量表总分及生活适应性量表总分均呈显著正相关。心理弹性在自卑感和生活适应性间起到完全中介作用。因此,小学生的自卑感、心理弹性及生活适应性关系密切,心理弹性在自卑感和生活适应性间起到完全中介作用。童年阶段自卑感的改善以及心理弹性的提高都对未来大学生活适应性的提升起着重要的作用。
In order to promote college students'adaptability to college life,attention should be paid to their mental health in childhood.The situation and characteristics of the inferiority complex,resilience and life adaptability of college students in their childhood were investigated,the relationship between the inferiority complex,resilience and life adaptability of primary school students was discussed,and thus a basis was provided for the improvement of college students'life adaptability in childhood.Such scales as inferiority feeling,adolescent resilience and eife and adaptivence primary school students were used to investigate240pupils in Grade4~6.Results show that a significant difference exists in the gender of life adaptiveness between the pupils(t=2.02,P<0.05);the pupils are significantly different in inferiority complex and resilience whether they are the"only child"(t=2.51,P<0.05,t=2.96,P<0.05)or not;the pupils are significantly different in the grade of inferiority complex(F=4.00,P<0.05);the total scores of FIS,the adolescent resilience scale and the Life adaptiveness scale all show a significant positive correlation(r=0.49,P<0.01;r=0.39,P<0.01;r=0.67,P<0.01);and resilience plays a complete intermediary role in inferiority complex and life adaptiveness.The conclusion was drawn that inferiority complex,resilience and life adaptiveness are related to each other and resilience plays a complete intermediary role in inferiority complex and life adaptiveness;and the improvement of inferiority complex and resilience in childhood will play a certain role in improving the college life adaptiveness.
