基于逐步回归模型的连作植烟土壤化学性状和酶活性关系分析 被引量:17

Analysis of relationships between chemical properties and enzyme activity in continuous cropping tobacco-planted soil based on stepwise regression model

摘要 【目的】探讨不同连作年限植烟土壤化学性状和酶活性的变化规律及其相互关系,为探明烤烟连作障碍机理及制定调控措施提供理论依据。【方法】以同一植烟区域不同连作年限(4、6、8、14和16年)的土壤为研究对象,在相关性分析的基础上,利用逐步回归模型对植烟土壤的化学性状和酶活性进行测定分析。【结果】随连作年限增加,土壤pH、有机质和全钾含量逐渐降低,全磷、全钾、水解性氮和有效磷含量呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,而有效钾含量呈增加趋势;过氧化氢酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性均表现为先升高后降低的变化趋势,过氧化氢酶和酸性磷酸酶活性峰值出现在连作8年处理,脲酶和蔗糖酶活性峰值出现在连作6年处理。逐步回归分析结果表明,全磷、全钾和速效钾含量分别受酸性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性的抑制,过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性均受全钾含量的抑制,酸性磷酸酶活性受速效钾含量的抑制。【结论】随连作年限的增加,植烟土壤环境恶化,养分失衡,酶活性呈先升高后降低趋势;部分化学性状指标与酶活性间存在密切的相互影响关系。 【Objective】The changes of chemical traits and enzyme activities of tobacco-planted soils with different continuous cropping years and their relationship were discussed,which provided theoretical basis for exploring the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacles and drawing up adjustment measures.【Method】On the basis of correlation analysis,the stepwise regression model was used to study and analyze the chemical properties and enzyme activities of the soils with different continuous cropping years(4,6,8,14 and 16 years)in the same tobacco-growing area.【Result】The soil pH,organic matter and total potassium(K)content decreased with the increase of continuous cropping years.The total phosphorus(P),total K,hydrolyzable nitrogen and available P content increased first and then decreased,while the effective K content increased.Hydrogen peroxide enzyme,urease,acid phosphatase and sucrase activities all increased first and then decreased.Peaks of hydrogen peroxide enzyme and acid phosphatase activities occurred at eight continuous cropping years,while those of urease and sucrase activities occurred at six continuous cropping years.Stepwise regression analysis showed that the total P,total K and effective K contents were inhibited by acid phosphatase,sucrase and catalase activities respectively,and catalase and sucrase activities were inhibited by total K content.Acid phosphatase activity was inhibited by the effective K content.【Conclusion】Under the conditions of this experiment,with the increase of continuous cropping years,the soil environment of tobacco planting deteriorates,nutrient is imbalanced,enzyme activities increase first and then decrease.Some chemical traits show close interaction with enzyme activity.
