摘要
目的:探讨结构化护理计划执行单在神经内科危重患者护理中的应用效果。方法:收治神经内科危重病患者102例,分成观察组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组采用传统常规护理,观察组参照制定好的结构化护理计划执行单进行工作。结果:观察组护士对患者病情掌握率和患者对护士护理满意度均优于对照组。结论:结构化护理路径应用于危重患者护理中,提高了护理质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of structured nursing plan execution sheet in critically ill patients in department of neurology.Methods:102 critically ill patients in department of neurology were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given nursing according to the established structured nursing plan execution sheet.Results:In the observation group,the nurses'mastery of the patient's condition and the patients'satisfaction with nursing care were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Structured nursing pathway can improve nursing quality in critically ill patients.
