摘要
大数据的浪潮对许多领域产生了重大的冲击和影响,也使企业的人力资源管理经受了洗礼,显现出更大的管理智慧和价值。通过对海量、碎片化的数据挖掘和分析,可以较好地实现数据提取、分析和处理,使之成为企业人力资源管理的决策依据和参考,为企业人力资源管理创新变革提供新的思路和方向,从而使企业的人力资源配置结构更为优化、团队合作更为紧密,极大地提升企业的整体生产经营效率。
The wave of big data has had a major impact on many fields,and under the environment of big data,the human resources management of enterprises has also been baptized,showing greater management wisdom and value.Through data mining and analysis of massive and fragmented data,data extraction,analysis and processing can be achieved well,so that it can become the decision-making basis and reference for enterprise human resources management,and provide new ideas and directions for innovation in enterprise human resources management.Therefore,the human resource allocation structure of the enterprise is more optimized and the teamwork cooperation is closer,which greatly improves the overall production and management efficiency of the enterprise.
