摘要 针对电能计量装置没有构建整套成熟指标体系和指标权重系数存在可变性的问题,提出了对其品质等级进行综合评价的方法。通过构建树形电能计量装置品级评价指标体系,结合层次分析法和权重系数修正机制,构建了电能计量装置品级评价模型,并设计了等级划分方法,改进了现行的电能计量装置检验策略。该方法增强了构建树形品级评价指标体系的合理性和适用性,解决了弱化聚合后指标关键信息的问题,减少了可能产生的不必要浪费。 For resolving the problem that the maturity index system is not constructed on electric energy metering device and the index weight coefficient is variable,the method of comprehensive evaluation on its quality grade evaluation is proposed.The grade evaluation system of electric energy metering device in tree structure is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process and mechanism of weighting correction are used to establish grade evaluation model of electric energy metering device.A method of dividing the grade is presented.For each grade,different test strategy is put forward.The method can enhance the rationality and applicability of the construction of tree grade evaluation index system,solve the problem of weakening the key information of the aggregated index and reduce unnecessary waste which may be generated.
