摘要
大学生校园文化活动作为高校校园文化中核心价值观和精神塑造体现的有效载体,近年来,受到了各大高校的高度关注。然而,各大高校的大学生校园文化管理体制依然存在着各种各样的问题,为了强化大学生校园文化活动的实效性,高校管理部门应当不断改革和创新现有的大学生校园文化活动管理体制,以推动大学生校园文化活动的可持续发展。基于大学生科研立项创业训练项目"校园文化建设有限公司",通过对本项目模拟的项目化管理在大学生校园文化活动中的运用进行详细探析,找到当下大学生校园文化活动管理中存在的问题,同时阐述大学生校园文化活动实施项目化管理的现实意义,并具体分析项目化管理在大学生校园文化活动中的运用设计,以供人们参考。
As an effective carrier of the core values and spiritual shaping in college campus culture,college students’campus cultural activities have attracted much attention in recent years.However,there are still various problems in the management system of campus culture of university students.In order to strengthen the effectiveness of campus cultural activities,university management departments should constantly reform the existing management system of campus cultural activities of university students,so as to promote the sustainable development of campus cultural activities.Based on the project“Campus Culture Construction Company Limited”,which is a scientific research and entrepreneurship training project for college students,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the application of the project management simulated by this project,finds out the problems existing,and expounds the actual campus cultural activities of college students.The practical significance of implementing project-based management and the application design of project-based management in college students’campus cultural activities are analyzed in detail for reference.
