摘要
分析应用型高校保险专业人才培养中存在的问题,阐述校企共建保险工作室培养模式的环境基础,并具体剖析校企共建保险工作室培养模式的指导团队构建,以供参考。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of insurance professionals in applied universities,expounds the environmental basis of the training mode of insurance studios built by universities and enterprises,and concretely analyzes the guidance team construction of the training mode of insurance studios built by universities and enterprises for reference.
