摘要
先进典型教育是大学生思想政治教育工作中一种行之有效的教育形式和载体。目前,传统模式的先进典型学习太过注重典型的宣传,而忽视先进典型精神的学习,同时,先进典型的宣传也主要是通过报纸、座谈会、网站等单向式宣传为主,这种方式缺乏互动式的典型宣传和讨论,忽视了大学生的主体性,无法判知对广大学生的教育效果,致使先进典型教育难以达到预期。新媒体具有承载量大、立体化、速度快、覆盖广泛、互动性强的特点,充分利用新媒体开展大学生先进典型教育,有利于凸显广大学生学习主体性,提升对典型的认同感。基于新媒体平台的特点,文章就宣传学习先进典型的新媒体阵地建设、先进典型的选树机制、宣传策略和学习途径进行了详细的探析。
Advanced example education is an effective form of education and carrier in the ideological and political education of college students.At present,the traditional model of advanced example learning pays too much attention to propaganda and ignores the learning of it.And the propaganda of advanced example is mainly through one-way publicity,such as newspapers,symposiums,websites and propaganda meetings,which ignores the subjectivity of college students,reduces the education effect on college students.The new media has the characteristics of large capacity,three-dimensional,fast speed,wide coverage and strong interactivity.It is conducive to highlighting the majority of students'learning subjectivity and striving for strong recognition of typical ones by the use of the new media to develop advanced examples education of college students,so as to further enhance the effectiveness of advanced example education of college students.Based on the characteristics of the new media platform,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the construction of new media platforms,selection mechanism,publicity strategies and learning approaches of advanced example.
