摘要
随着电动汽车的大量普及,电动汽车无线充电技术也得到更多的关注。首先,对基于磁耦合的IPT(感应电能传输)技术的工作原理进行了分析,推导出基于IPT的电动汽车无线充电系统电磁场计算方法。其次,利用电磁场的矢量叠加原理,推导得出多匝线圈产生的电磁场解析式,从而得出WPT(无线电能传输)系统初、次级侧线圈产生的合成电磁场解析表达式。最后,应用CPOSMOL仿真软件,并搭建WPT实验系统,验证了电磁场解析表达式的正确性。
With the widespread adoption of electric vehicles,wireless charging technology of electric vehicle has also been focused.This paper analyzes the working principle of the IPT(inductive power transfer)technology based on magnetic coupling and deduces the IPT-based electromagnetic field calculation method of the wireless charging system.By using vector superposition principle of the electromagnetic field,the analytical formula of the electromagnetic field produced by multi-turn coils is deduced,and the analytical expression of the resultant electromagnetic field generated by the primary and secondary coils of the WPT(wireless power transfer)system is obtained.Finally,CPOSMOL simulation software is employed and a WPT experimental system is built to verify the correctness of the analytic expression of the electromagnetic field.
