4种抗菌药对鼠伤寒沙门菌的敏感性及联合用药效果 被引量:1

摘要 探明恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、多西环素、阿莫西林对临床分离鼠伤寒沙门菌的抗菌活性,为兽医临床合理用药提供参考,采用二倍微量稀释法测定4种抗菌药对受试菌鼠伤寒沙门菌sh2034的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值,根据MIC值,采用棋盘法测定联合用药的部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数。结果表明:恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、多西环素、阿莫西林对鼠伤寒沙门菌sh2034的MIC值分别为2μg/mL、2μg/mL、16μg/mL和2μg/mL,鼠伤寒沙门菌sh2034对多西环素耐药,对恩诺沙星中介,对阿莫西林、氟苯尼考敏感;恩诺沙星与氟苯尼考、多西环素与阿莫西林、阿莫西林与氟苯尼考、氟苯尼考与多西环素、阿莫西林与恩诺沙星联合用药的FIC指数分别为3.00、3.00、6.00、1.50和0.38,前三者联合用药产生拮抗作用,氟苯尼考与多西环素联合用药为无关作用,阿莫西林与恩诺沙星联合用药产生协同增效作用。 The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of four antimicrobial drugs against Salmonella typhimurium sh2034 was determined by the double micro-dilution method and fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC)of drug combination against S.typhimurium sh2034 was determined by the chessboard method according to MIC value to discuss antimicrobial activity of Enrofloxacin,Florfenicol,Doxycycline and Amoxicillin against S.typhimurium and provide a reference for veterinary clinical rational drug use.Result:The MIC value of Enrofloxacin,Florfenicol,Doxycycline and Amoxicillin against S.typhimurium sh2034 is 2μg/mL,2μg/mL,16μg/mL and 2μg/mL respectively.S.typhimurium sh2034 has the drug resistance to Doxycycline,the intermediary response to Enrofloxacin and the drug sensitivity to Florfenicol and Amoxicillin.The FIC index of Enrofloxacin+Florfenicol,Doxycycline+Amoxicillin,Amoxicillin+Florfenicol,Florfenicol+Doxycycline and Amoxicillin+Enrofloxacin against S.typhimurium sh2034 is 3.00,3.00,6.00,1.50 and 0.38 respectively.The Enrofloxacin+Florfenicol,Doxycycline+Amoxicillin and Amoxicillin+Florfenicol combinations have an antagonistic effect against S.typhimurium.The Florfenicol+Doxycycline combination has a dependent effect against S.typhimurium.The Amoxicillin+Enrofloxacin combination has a synergetic effect against S.typhimurium.
