摘要
课程包作为企业在线学习平台重要的资源组成,不断的在升级变化,但是在其建设过程中缺乏系统的理论作为指导,只能在实践过程中逐步探索企业培训课程包的开发。
As an important resource of E-learning platform, course packages are constantly upgraded and changed. Yet, due to lack of systematic theory in its construction process, enterprise training development course packages can only proceed in the process of practice.
