摘要
西周燕国矿产资源丰富,熟练掌握了铜器成分的配比,其铜器铸造技术高超,堪与西周王室媲美。铜器铸造以浑铸法为主、分铸法为辅。铜器表面富锡涂层的外镀技术被广泛使用,起到了美观和防腐的双重功效。榫卯和焊接技术的运用,使铜器铸造更加完美。
There are abundant mineral resources in the Yan state of Western Zhou dynasty.Moreover,Yan people have mastered the composition of bronze ware.Their copper casting technology is superior,which is comparable to the Western Zhou royal family.The casting method is mainly muddy casting with sub-casting method auxiliary.The technology of tin coating on copper surface is widely used,which has both aesthetic and antiseptic effects.Extensive application of tenon technology and welding technology makes the copper casting more perfect.
