摘要
液压负载系统是用于被试发动机领先试飞中的试验设备,用于提取被试发动机带动液压泵工作时机械功率,文章针对某型动力装置领先试飞模拟液压负载加载的工作要求,设计了基于电液伺服阀和自主增压供油的液压负载系统。针对机载液压负载存在的换热困难,设计了热交换系统。针对机载设备要求可靠性高、体积小、重量轻的特点,选用航空附件,保证试飞中安全可靠。实现了试飞中液压负载的无级加载和提取功率的计算。
The hydraulic load system is the test equipment used in the leading flight test of the tested engine,which is used to extract the mechanical power when the tested engine drives the hydraulic pump to work.This paper aims at the working requirements of simulating the hydraulic loading for the leading flight test of a certain type of power plant.A hydraulic load system based on electro-hydraulic servo valve and self-pressurized oil supply is designed.In view of the difficulty of heat transfer in airborne hydraulic load,a heat exchange system is designed.In view of the characteristics of high reliability,small volume and light weight of airborne equipment,aviation accessories are selected to ensure safety and reliability in flight test.The stepless loading of hydraulic load and the calculation of extracting power are realized in the flight test.
