摘要
通过研究笃斯越橘叶绿素荧光参数和差异表达蛋白质,探讨光合作用对低温与短光周期组合环境的适应机制。将苗木分别置于4℃低温下短日照(10 h)和长日照(14 h)人工环境中处理21 d,测定叶绿素荧光参数和光合作用相关蛋白变化情况。结果表明,叶绿素荧光参数主要受低温影响而显著降低(或升高);鉴定得到50个与光合作用相关的差异表达蛋白,表达受低温或低温与光周期共同影响。在低温短日照下笃斯越橘通过重构光合机构,降低光捕获效率,抑制光合电子传递速率,降低光合磷酸化活性,调整与卡尔文循环相关蛋白表达模式适应低温环境,降低光抑制对光合作用影响。
Chlorophyll fluorescence parameter and differential expression protein in bog bilberry was studied,aimed to explore the adaptation mechanism of bog bilberry photosynthesis to the combination of low temperature and short photoperiod.Bog bilberry seedlings were exposed to short day(10h)and4℃as well as long day(14h)and4℃in controlled conditions for21d,respectively,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic related proteins were measured,the species of photosynthetic proteins identified.The results showed that chlorophyll fluorescence parameter were significantly lower(or higher)than those of the control,change of these parameters were mainly affected by the low temperature;the50kinds of differentially expressed photosynthetic proteins were identified,the proteins expressions were affected by low temperature or by combination of low temperature and photoperiod.In order to adapt to the low temperature environment and reduce the effect of photoinhibition on bog bilberry photosynthesis could reconstruct photosynthetic organs,reduce the light harvesting efficiency,inhibit the photosynthetic electron transfer rate and decrease the photophosphorylation activity,and adjust expression patterns of many proteins involved Calvin cycle under low temperature and short day.
