摘要
核心人才是图书馆人才战略的重点,对图书馆的发展至关重要。本文针对图书馆因核心人才流失造成的危机,提出了图书馆核心人才储备计划(PLTS),并对该计划实施的具体步骤进行全面阐述,以期为图书馆核心人才继任提供可行性方案。
Core talent is the key point of library talent strategy,which is crucial to library development.In view of the crisis caused by the loss of core talents in the library,this paper proposes the Plan of Library Talents Stockpile(PLTS),and comprehensively expounds the specific steps of the plan implementation,in order to provide a feasible plan for the succession of core talents in the library.
