中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值对介入治疗后急性心肌梗死患者预后的影响被引量：2

摘要目的探讨中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对介入治疗后急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者预后的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月行介入治疗的160例AMI患者,根据患者入院时的NLR值分为对照组(85例)和试验组(75例)。对照组NLR值> 3. 30,试验组NLR值≤3. 30,比较两组预后。结果试验组室性心律失常发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。试验组淋巴细胞计数、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、射血分数等指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对介入治疗术后的AMI患者,采用NLR值评估其病情和判断预后有较高价值。
