摘要
2018年是"十三五"农业产业创新的关键年。"十二五"到"十三五"期间常州市在现代农业产业科技创新方面已经取得成就的同时也存在一些问题。如何解决这些问题,成为"十三五"时期农业产业发展的关键。文章通过对常州市现代农业产业创新的现实情况进行较为深入的调研,分析常州市现代农业产业创新发展现状,确定各产业的创新发展目标、创新重点和关键技术,并提出相应的政策保障措施。
2018 is a crucial year for the“13th Five-Year Plan”agricultural industry innovation.From the“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”to the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”period,Changzhou has achieved some achievements in the scientific and technological innovation of the modern agricultural industry.But there exist some problems.And how to solve these problems has become the key to the development of the agricultural industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.This paper conducts a more in-depth study on the reality of modern agricultural industry innovation in Changzhou,analyzes the status quo of modern agricultural industry innovation and development in Changzhou,determines the innovation development goals,innovation priorities and key technologies of various industries,and proposes the corresponding policy safeguard measures.
