摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的实施,乡村的发展得到政府前所未有的重视和支持。政策、资金、技术等都在集中的下乡落地。全国各地开展了广泛地实践,以改善农村人口居住环境,民生工程、乡村旅游等项目显著增加,在设计、建设、运营、治理方面积累了丰富的经验和成果。EPC建造模式是未来行业的发展趋势,文章主要在乡村EPC项目实践的基础上,总结分析EPC建造模式在乡村地区的适应性以及造价管控要素。同时文章也从多维度分享了镇江市相关成功案例,为其他地区的乡村建设发展提供参考借鉴。
With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of the village has received unprecedented attention and support from the government.Policies,funds,and technology are all concentrated in the countryside.Extensive practices have been carried out throughout the country to improve the living environment of the rural population.Projects such as livelihood projects and rural tourism have increased significantly,and accumulated rich experience and achievements in design,construction,operation and management.The EPC construction mode is the development trend of the future industry.Based on the practice of rural EPC projects,this paper summarizes and analyzes the adaptability of EPC construction mode in rural areas and the cost control elements.At the same time,this paper shares the relevant success stories of Zhenjiang city from the multiple dimensions,and provides the reference for the rural construction development in other regions.
