摘要
目的:研究对肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者采用综合护理干预的护理效果方法:本研究于2016年5月-2017年5月选取了在我医院接受治疗的肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者68例为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配法分为A组和B组,每组各34例,比较两组护理效果。综合护理干预方式的应用具有较高的临床价值,不仅提高了护理满意度,还降低不良反应发生率以及出血复发率,同时还能降低出血时间和住院时间,值得推广。
Objective:To study the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:In this study,from May 2016 to May 2017,68 patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into groups A and B by computer,each group of 34 cases,Comparison of two groups of nursing effects.The application of comprehensive nursing intervention has high clinical value,which improves nursing satisfaction and is worth promoting.
