Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self cooling and blood stasis relieving itching prescription combined with UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in acute phase of blood heat syndrome.Methods86cases of psoriasis vulgaris in acute period of blood heat syndrome in our hospital(from January2015to January2017)were selected as the research object.According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, the two groups were given NB-UVB treatment. On the basis of this, the observation group was given the treatment of self-designed cold blood antipruritic prescription, and the two groups were compared. The clinical efficacy, psoriasis and serum levels of interferon gamma(IFN-gamma)and interleukin-2(IL-2)before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was97.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was81.40%,and the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.1258,P<0.05).The PASI score, serum IFNgamma and IL-2levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in acute phase of blood heat syndrome with NB-UVB combined with Chinese medicine cooling blood and relieving itching is effective.
