摘要
随着信息时代科技的发展,社会可持续发展对节能降耗的要求,人们对办公及居住环境提出了更健康、安全和便捷的要求,建筑的智能化工程需求呈快速发展趋势。在对在全国各地智能化产业企业发展情况进行调研的基础上,分析了宁波市建筑智能化产业与国内发展较快城市的差距和存在的问题,并对后期发展对策进行思考,以为当地政府、区域产业和企业提供一定的借鉴。
With the rapid development of information technology,together with the requirement of energy saving and consumption reduction for social sustainable developmen and people’s requirements for healthy,safe and convenient office and residential environment,the demand for intelligent building engineering is developing rapidly.Based on the investigation of the development of intelligent industry enterprises in all parts of the country,this paper analyses the gap and problems between Ningbo’s building intelligence industry and the fast-growing cities in China,and figures out the countermeasures for the later development,so as to provide some reference for local governments,regional industries and enterprises.
