摘要
为了进一步验证设计理论的正确性,对所设计的离心抛扬式除雪车分动箱传动系统进行了基于ADAMS的动力学仿真,模拟除雪车传动系统在实际工况中的本质过程,得到包括传递的转度、受力的仿真结果,转换为各个工况功率,验证了分配系统设计的合理性.
Power distribution system is a core component of centrifugal throwing snow removal vehicle,and its structure and performance influence directly the working performance of the snow removal.In order to verify the correctness of the design theory,the ADAMS-based dynamic simulation of the transfer case drive system was carried out to simulate the essential process of the snow removal drive system in the actual working conditions.The transfer of transmission and force are obtained and converted into the power of each working condition to verify the rationality of the distribution system design.
