摘要
文章介绍了综合评价方法在新能源同业对标中的应用,分析了现有的层次分析法、熵权法和灰色综合评价法的模型原理。针对新能源同业对标中单一模型评价存在的不足,该文依据实际情况建立了评价指标体系,提出了主观加权与客观加权相结合的加权灰色组合评价模型。为了分析该模型的评价效果,进行了单一模型与组合模型的对比分析。分析结果表明,组合模型在新能源同业对标中比单一模型方法能更有效地给出综合评价,为新能源同业对标评价提供了方法指引。
The application of the comprehensive evaluation method in the benchmarking of new energy industry is introduced,and the principles of existing models of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),entropy method and grey comprehensive evaluation method are clarified.In view of the deficiencies of the benchmarking using a single model,an evaluation index system is established based on actual situation,and a weighted grey combined evaluation model that integrates both subjective weighting and objective weighting methods is proposed.In order to evaluate the performance of the combination model,a comparative analysis between the single model method and the combination model method is conducted.Results show that the combination model method is more effective in the benchmarking of new energy industry than the single model method.The proposed combination model method can provide guidance for the research on the benchmarking method of new energy industry.
