摘要
目的本次实验将针对错颌畸形患者正畸中使用自锁托槽矫治器的临床效果进行分析,并着重关注托槽脱落的发生率。方法本次实验选取了2016年1月至2017年12月在我院就诊的的错颌畸形患者,入选的患者共60例,根据治疗分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统的金属托槽进行治疗,观察组则采用自锁托槽矫治器进行改善,并针对治疗结果进行对比分析。结果从结果上看,观察组患者从牙龈的各个指标上表现均优于对照组,无论是牙龈指数、菌斑指数都十分不错。此外,在疼痛视觉模拟分析量表上,观察组为(1.6±0.3)分,对照组为(6.1±0.9)分,观察组疼痛度更低。最后,在牙齿脱落的发生率上,每一年复查的结果均不相同,但是仍然表现为观察组低于对照组,即在第二年的时候分别为10%和26.7%。结论采用自锁托槽矫治器对于错颌畸形患者的治疗具有积极意义,有利于改善牙周相关指标,降低托槽脱落率,并能够在一定程度上缓解疼痛,患者接受度更好。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using self-locking groove correction device in orthodontic patients with maxillary deformity,and pay attention to the incidence of alveolar fall.Methods In this study,the patients with maxillary deformity treated in our hospital from January2016to December2017were selected.A total of60patients were selected.According to treatment,they were divided into control and observation groups.The control group was used traditional metal brackets for treatment.The observation group was improved by using the self-locking groove correction device and compared the results of the treatment.Results From the results,the patients in the observation group performed better than the control group from various indicators of the gums,both the gingival index and the plaque index were very good.In addition,on the pain visual simulation scale,the observation group was(1.6±0.3)and the control group was(6.1±0.9),and the pain level was lower in the observation group.Finally,the rate of tooth loss varied from year to year,but still showed that the observation group was lower than the control group,that was,10%and26.7%respectively in the following year.Conclusion The use of self-locking groove correction device has positive significance for the treatment of maxillary deformity,which is beneficial to improving the delayed correlation index,reducing the alveolar fall rate,and alleviating pain to a certain extent,and the patient's acceptance is better.
