摘要
通过对郑州大学、郑州航空工业管理学院以及郑州财经学院大学生亚健康情况进行调查,并分析出大学生亚健康的影响因素,从而为改善郑州市大学生亚健康状况提供依据。采用问卷调查的方式,获得学生相关健康数据,并对健康数据进行分析,从而获得较为准确的大学生亚健康数据。对本次调查数据进行分析,发现郑州市高校大学生亚健康发生率相对较高。现阶段,郑州市大学生亚健康发生率相对较高,影响大学生健情况的因素较多,因此需要依据调查数据情况,采取有效干预措施。
To investigate the sub-health status of college students in Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management and Zhengzhou University of Finance and Economics,and to analyze the influencing factors of sub-health of College students,so as to provide basis for improving the sub-health status of college students in Zhengzhou City.By means of questionnaire survey,students’health data were obtained,and health data were analyzed to obtain more accurate sub-health data of College students.By analyzing the survey data,it was found that the incidence of sub-health among college students in Zhengzhou was relatively high.At this stage,the incidence of sub-health among college students in Zhengzhou is relatively high,and there are many factors affecting the health of College students.Therefore,effective intervention measures should be taken according to the survey data.
