摘要
目的:探讨在患者进行胸外科手术前使用QCC护理对提升治疗效能的价值以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年10月福建医科大学附属第一医院胸外科收治的手术患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,观察组采用QCC护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组的治疗效能,以及患者的睡眠质量。结果:观察组治疗睡眠质量,治疗效能均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:QCC护理可以提高胸外科患者手术前的治疗效能,改善患者睡眠质量,因此可在临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of QCC nursing in improving therapeutic efficacy and its effect on sleep quality before thoracic surgery. Methods: A Total of 72 patients with thoracic surgery from October 2017 to October 2018 were collected. They were randomly divided into research groups and reference groups. The research group used QCC nursing. The reference group used routine nursing to compare the treatment efficacy of the two groups. And the patient’ s sleep quality. Results: The quality of sleep treated by the study group was better than that of the reference group( P& Lt; 0. 05). Conclusion: QCC nursing can improve the efficacy of preoperative treatment of thoracic surgery patients and improve the quality of sleep,so it can be widely used in clinic.
