摘要
采用1.5 g/(kg·bw)剂量的蜂胶软胶囊灌胃正常小鼠30 d,观察正常小鼠体重、空腹血糖变化;以人体推荐量设置低、中、高3个剂量组,即以10,20,30倍设低、中、高3个剂量分别为0.5,1.0,1.5 g/(kg·bw)的蜂胶软胶囊灌胃四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖模型小鼠30 d,观察其体重、空腹血糖及糖耐量变化。结果显示,该剂量下正常小鼠的体重及空腹血糖均无影响;相对模型对照组小鼠比较,各剂量组小鼠体重较模型小鼠体重均有增加;各剂量组小鼠空腹血糖相对于模型小组空腹血糖也有明显降低(p<0.01),其小鼠糖耐量也有所升高(p<0.01)。蜂胶软胶囊具有辅助降血糖功能。
In this experiment,gavaged normal mice for30d with1.5g/(kg·bw)doses of propolis soft capsule.Observed changes in body weight and fasting blood glucose of normal mice.Set low,medium,and high dose groups with human body recommendation.Gavaged hyperglycemia model mice of alloxan-induced with three doses of propolis soft capsule,low,medium and high dose(0.5,1.0,1.5g/(kg·bw))which was10,20,30times of human body recommendation.Observed changes in body weight,fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance of model mice.There is no difference in body weight and fasting blood glucose of normal mice with the dose.Compared with model control mice,each dose could increase body weight,reduce fasting blood glucose,enhanced glucose tolerance of model mice(p<0.01).Propolis soft capsule with the assistant in hypoglycemic effect.
