摘要
介绍控制驼峰电动缓行器控制箱用的三相电机正反转的固态继电器在电磁兼容试验(脉冲群抗扰度和浪涌抗扰度)过程中遇到的问题和解决问题的方法 ,最后经过试验验证不带监测电路的固态继电器的电磁兼容特性更好,更适合驼峰电动车辆减速器控制箱控制电机正反转使用。
This paper mainly describes the problems encountered in the process of EMC test(impulse group immunity and surge immunity)for solid state relay,which is used for positive and reverse rotation of three-phase motor for the Control Box of Hump Electric Retarder,and the problem-solving methods.Through the test,it is verifi ed that the solid state relay without monitoring circuit has better EMC characteristics,which is more suitable to be used for positive and reverse rotation of three-phase motor for the Control Box of Hump Electric Retarder.
