摘要
为实现老港综合填埋场高标准、高效率、高水平的运营管理,分别从安全、污染控制、作业工序3个方面进行辅助设施研究,以钢板路基箱临时道路、连接技术为基础保障作业道路安全,减少了安全隐患;以HDPE膜铺设和围堰为基础,提升雨污分流作业工艺,控制作业暴露面,减少了臭气和污水产生;初步研制了日覆盖机械铺膜装置,减少了人工劳动强度。
In order to realize high standard,high efficiency and high level operation and management of laogang comprehensive landfill,supporting facilities were studied from three aspects:safety,pollution control and operation procedure.Based on the temporary road and connection technology of steel subgrade box,the safety of working road was guaranteed and the hidden danger of safety was reduced.On the basis of HDPE membrane laying and cofferdam,the process of rainwater and sewage diversion was improved to control exposed surface of the operation and reduce the generation of odor and sewage.Finally,mechanical covering film laying device was primarily developed to reduce the labor intensity.
