摘要
协同创新是提高地方高校马克思主义学院办学水平切实可行的方法,其在破解地方高校转型背景下马克思主义学院的发展困局和马克思主义学院在思想政治理论课教学、人才培养、科学研究、学科建设和服务社会方面面临的问题时,作用显著。本文参考苏州大学马克思主义学院的实践经验,引进协同创新概念,促进上述问题的解决,并在观念更新、顶层设计强化、机制健全和平台完善方面提出进一步的建议。
Collaborative innovation is a practical and feasible way to improve the qualities of Marxist Colleges in local institutions of higher education. Under the background of local college transformation,it has made remarkable achievements in solving the development dilemma of Marxist Colleges and in solving the problems of Ideological and political theory teaching,personnel training,scientific research,discipline construction and serving the society.This paper draws on the practical experience of the Marxist College of Suzhou University and solves the above problems by introducing the concept of collaborative innovation. At the same time,it also puts forward further suggestions on the renewal of ideas,the strengthening of top-level design and the perfection of mechanism and platform.
