摘要
以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为填充相,纳米纤维素(CNF)为纳米支撑骨架,通过浸渍法将PDMS引入CNF中,制得PDMS/CNF复合膜,并对复合膜的化学组分、晶型结构、形貌特征及力学性能进行表征分析。XRD与FT-IR表征结果表明,复合前后样品的晶形结构(CNF)与化学组分并未发生变化。微观形态表征结果可清晰观察到CNF以三维纳米网络形态嵌于PDMS基材中,其中CNF直径约30~50 nm。力学测试结果表明,与传统混合法相比,浸渍法能够通过浸渍浓度的调整,提高CNF在PDMS中的分散浓度,以进一步提高其力学性能。
PDMS/CNF nanocomposites were prepared by impregnation method,in which polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was used as filling phase and cellulose nanofiber(CNF)was used as supporting framework.The chemical composition,crystal structure,morphology and mechanical properties of the nanocomposites were characterized and analyzed.The results of XRD and FT-IR showed that the crystal structure(CNF)and chemical composition of the samples was not changed during the composite processes.FE-SEM images indicated that three-dimensional CNF nano network was clearly observed embedded inside the PDMS based material(with the CNF diameter about 30~50 nm).Mechanical properties proposed that compared to the traditional mixing process,the dispersion content of CNF in PDMS could be significantly increased by using impregnation method while further strengthen the PDMS.
