摘要
某石化公司原油泵机械密封出现使用寿命短,多次泄漏情况,频繁检修给公司带来了很大的经济损失。通过计算分析了原料油泵机械密封失效的原因,并采用干气密封对原机械密封进行了改造,确保了装置安全长周期运行。
The mechanical seal of raw oil pump in a petrochemical company has a short service life and many leaks.Frequent maintenance has brought great economic losses to the company.In this paper,the failure reason on the mechanical seal of raw oil pump is analyzed by calculation,and the original mechanical seal is reformed by dry gas seal to ensure the safe and long-term operation of the unit.
