摘要
在"大众创业,万众创新"视阈下,现代高校要高度关注到大学生创新创业改革工作,全面提升共青团组织服务大学生创新创业效能水平。高校共青团要积极转变自身创新创业教育,有效构建出科学完善的大学生创新创业教育实践平台,健全创新创业激励体系,组建高能力、高素质的创业师资队伍,充分发挥出高校共青团服务职能作用,辅助大学生进行更好的创新创业学习。将进一步对共青团服务大学生创新创业展开分析与探讨,旨在为同行业者提供科学参考依据。
Based on the perspective of“mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation”,modern colleges and universities should pay close attention to the reform of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and comprehensively improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship of college youth organizations.The Communist Youth League of colleges and universities should actively transform its innovation and entrepreneurship education,effectively construct a scientific and perfect platform for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve the innovation and entrepreneurship incentive system,form a high-capacity and high-quality entrepreneurial faculty,and give full play to the role of the Communist Youth League service function.College students conduct better innovation and entrepreneurship learning.This paper will further analyze and discuss the innovation and entrepreneurship of the Communist Youth League service college students.It aims to provide scientific reference for the industry.
