摘要 目的探索学术报告形式的出科考核方法在临床实习中可行性及有效性。方法将广东医科大学临床医学专业66名在惠州市第一人民医院进行临床实习的学生随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统出科考核,实验组采用出科学术报告的考核方法,对两组综合成绩进行对比分析,并对学生及参与教师进行问卷调查。结果对照组学生出科成绩优于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);调查问卷显示,参与测评的学生及教师普遍认为学术报告形式的出科考核方法可调动学习的积极性,对综合能力的评价更加客观、真实、全面。结论本研究中对照组总体出科成绩优于实验组,可能是由于学生已经习惯了传统的出科考试模式,临床医学专业学生实习出科考核采用学术报告形式,能提高学生的积极性,有效评估学生的学习情况,具有可行性。 Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of academic report method for testing on completion of a course in the clinical practice.Methods The students of clinical medicine specialty of Guangdong Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was assessed by traditional discharge examination.The experimental group adopted the method of examining scientific reports.The comprehensive scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Questionnaires were conducted among students and participating teachers.Results The results of the control group were better than those of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Questionnaire shows that students and teachers participating in the evaluation generally believe that the academic report form of out-of-discipline assessment method can mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,and the evaluation of comprehensive ability is more objective,real and comprehensive.Conclusion Overall control group is given in this study result is better than that of the experimental group,may be due to students have become accustomed to the traditional pattern of given test,as a method for test on completion of a coursed in clinical practice,academic report method can promote students'study enthusiasm,it can evaluate students'ability effectively.
