摘要
本文针对聚氯乙烯生产工艺中的典型VCM压缩机组,利用HAZOP分析方法进行了工艺安全评估,识别出了若干安全风险,提出了相应的风险控制措施,给出了改进后的PID图,为氯乙烯生产中的工艺安全管理提供了参考和重要依据。
This paper discusses about safety evaluation of the vinyl chloride gas compression process.The hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)method is used as analysis tool.Based on typical compressor PID and a few assumptions,several safety risks are identified.Afterwards the suggested safeguards are provided accordingly.
