摘要
本文研究蜡样芽胞杆菌的鉴定方法,以降低假阳性率和假阴性率。通过GB4789.14、VITEK2Compact、API 50 CHB检测法及Riboprinter核糖体分型方法进行鉴定实验。结果显示只有根状实验和蛋白质毒素结晶实验能有效鉴别实验中的4种菌。可以从4种方法选取一种结合有效的生化实验鉴定蜡样芽胞杆菌。
In this paper,the method of identifying Bacillus cereus accurately was studied to reduce the probability of false positive and false negative.The identification experiments were carried out by GB4789.14,VITEK2Compact,API50CHB detection and Riboprinter ribosome typing.The results showed that only root test and protein toxin crystallization test could effectively identify the four strains in the experiment.Finally,we can select a biochemical method to identify Bacillus cereus from these four methods,which combines with effective identification,to solve the problem that it is difficult to identify Bacillus cereus in the experiment.
