摘要
"新时代的中国法治改革"暨中国法治现代化2018年智库论坛取得了非常丰富的实质性成果,充分阐明了新时代法治改革的新特征,分析和总结了新时代中国法治改革的国家经验、地方经验和领域经验,立足当下、面向未来,提出了一系列法治改革的理论观点和深入推进法治改革的思路、路径和任务。对"法治改革"这一命题的深入研究,首先要深刻把握新时代中国法治改革的理论依据,其次要准确明晰新时代中国法治改革的对象、目标和重点任务,最后要掌握运用新时代中国法治改革的辩证法和方法论。
The 2018 Think Tank Forum on Reform and Modernization of China's Rule of Law in the New Era has made substantial achievements.Through the conference,we have fully described the new characteristics of the reform in China's rule of law in the new era;analyzed and summed up the experience in this regard at the national,local and disciplinary levels;and offered a series of theorization on rule of law reform and proposed practical approaches and task descriptions to advance this reform.In order to deepen the research on the issues concerning this reform,first we have to fully understand the theoretical basis for implementing the reform.Secondly,we have to clearly define what to be reformed,what target to achieve and what key tasks to perform.Thirdly,we have to grasp and apply the dialectics and methodology meeting the needs of China's rule of law reform in the new era.
