摘要
近年新疆电力工程建设投资规模不断扩大,"三区两州"、农网项目等专项投资越来越多,公司内外部审计也不断增多,这对电力工程造价管理工作提出了更高的要求。同时随着电力体制的改革,电力企业的运维费用按有效资产进行核定,工程及时完成结算和决算是公司电网高质量发展的服务保障。工程结算是工程建设的重要组成部分,是电网建设同业对标中的一项,结算质量的好坏和结算进度的及时性直接关系到公司指标及财务资产转资。论文就输变电工程结算管理中存在的问题展开分析。
In recent years,the construction and investment scale of electric power project in Xinjiang has been continuously expanded,and more and more special investments have emerged,such as the"three districts,two autonomous prefectures"and rural grid project and so on,which put forward higher requirements to the cost management of electric power engineering.At the same time,with the reform of the electric power system,the operation and maintenance costs of the electric power enterprises should be checked and approved according to the effective assets,and the timely settlement and final accounts of the projects are the service guarantee for the high-quality development of the company's power grid project.Project settlement is an important part of project construction,and it is one of the benchmarks of power grid construction industry.The quality of settlement and the timeliness of settlement schedule are directly related to the company's indicators and the transfer of financial assets.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the settlement management of power transmission and transformation projects.
