丰富康复训练对脑出血大鼠神经行为学改变的作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察丰富康复训练对脑出血大鼠神经行为学变化的作用。方法 24只成年SD大鼠行神经行为学评定后,成功制备脑内注射Ⅶ型胶原酶诱导尾状核出血模型,按随机数字表法分为非干预组和干预组,干预组大鼠于造模成功次日进行丰富康复训练,两组大鼠分别于24h、7d、14d行神经行为学检测。结果非干预组与24h干预组比较,两组神经行为学差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),7d干预组神经行为学有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),14d干预组神经行为学显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大鼠脑出血可致严重神经行为学障碍,而丰富康复训练可有效改善神经行为学功能。 Objective To observe the effect of the enriched rehabilitative training on the neurobehavioral changes in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 24 adult SD rats were subjected to the neurobehavioral evaluation and then given the intracerebral injection of type Ⅶ collagenase to prepare the hemorrhage model of caudate nucleus successfully.All the rats were divided into the non-intervention group and intervention group according to the random number table.The intervention group began to receive the enriched rehabilitative training on the second day of successful modeling.The rats of both groups received neurobehavioral tests after 24 hours,7 and 14 days respectively.Results The neurobehavioral evaluation was not statistically different after 24 hours between the two groups(P>0.05),while it was somewhat improved after7days(P<0.05)and significantly improved after14days(P<0.01)in the intervention group.Conclusion The cerebral hemorrhage can cause serious neurobehavioral disorders in rats,but the enriched rehabilitative training can effectively improve the neurobehavioral function.
