摘要
目的探讨几种治疗2型糖尿病药物的疗效及用药分析。方法将该院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的2型糖尿病患者124例随机分为A组(二甲双胍)、B组(格列美脲片)、C组(拜糖平)、D组(达美康片),各31例。结果 4组整体疗效为93.55%、90.32%、90.32%、96.77%;4组不良反应为6.45%、9.68%、12.90%、12.90%。各组血糖水平均有所下降,对比治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论几种治疗2型糖尿病的常见药物均可获得满意的疗效,但二甲双胍的不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and drug analysis of several drugs for the treatment of type2diabetes.Methods A total of124patients with type2diabetes from August2017to August2018were randomly divided into group A(metformin),group B(glimepiride),group C(baifangping),group D(Dameikang tablets),and each group of31patients.Results The overall efficacy of the four groups was93.55%,90.32%,90.32%,and96.77%.The adverse reactions of the four groups were6.45%,9.68%,12.90%,and12.90%.The blood glucose levels of all groups were decreased,and there was a difference before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Several common drugs for the treatment of type2diabetes can achieve satisfactory results,but metformin has fewer adverse reactions and is safe and reliable.
