摘要
目的探讨外剥内扎加套扎联合消痔灵注射治疗环状痔的临床疗效、并发症及预后。方法选取2015年1月1日—2018年6月30日在本院接受手术治疗的120例环状痔患者,按照随机双盲方法分成治疗组和对照组,每组各60例;对照组给予外剥内扎加套扎手术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以消痔灵注射治疗,对2组患者的手术效果、并发症及复发情况进行对比。结果治疗组术后1、8 d和出院1周后复诊出血积分均低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗组治疗后第1次排便及术后1周VAS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组有效率为100. 00%,显著高于对照组的88. 33%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论外剥内扎加套扎联合消痔灵治疗环状痔疗效确切,见效快,并发症少,患者耐受性好,适合广泛推广。
Ojbective To explore the clinical efficacy,complications and prognosis of external decoupling and internal ligation combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of annular fistula.Methods120patients with annular hernia who underwent surgery in our hospital from January1,2015to June30,2018were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random double-blind method,60cases in each group.External stripping and internal ligation and ligation surgery were performed.The treatment group was treated with Xiaozhiling injection at the same time as the above operation,and the surgical results,complications and recurrence were compared.Results The bleeding scores of the treatment group at1,8d and Return visit1week after discharge operation were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first defecation and the1week postoperative VAS score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.33%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External peeling and internal ligation combined with Xiaozhiling is effective in treating ringworm.It has quick effect,less complications,no recurrence,and is well tolerated.It is suitable for widespread promotion.
