摘要
目的探讨PDCA法在医院微生物不合格送检标本管理中的应用和效果。方法收集并整理临床科室送检微生物标本,根据不合格送检标本相关规定以降低不合格标本送检率为目标,依据PDCA循环管理方法,从计划、实施、检查、处理四个阶段对医院微生物不合格送检标本进行高效管理,持续改进并有效减少临床各科室微生物不合格标本送检。结果从2017年1月—6月,对微生物标本的不合格率综合从以下几方面进行了PDCA管理,包括:送检标本标签管理、标本类型、标本容器、标本量、血培养污染、抗凝标本凝集、标本状态等方面进行了改进,使得临床各科室不合格标本送检有明显降低。标本总不合格率从2017年第一季度最高24. 95%下降到2017年第二季度8. 85%,较实施PDCA法管理前有改善,其中标本标签不合格、标本量、标本容器、标本类型这几方面不合格标本送检明显降低。结论 PDCA循环管理法能够明显减少医院不合格送检标本,对送检流程能进行有效的监控,是一种值得推广实施的有效管理方法。
Ojbective To explore the application and effect of PDCA method in the management of unqualified specimens in hospital.Methods Collect and sort clinical specimens for inspection,According to the relevant provisions of substandard samples submitted to reduce the rate of unqualified samples for inspection,based on PDCA cycle management method,from the four stages of planning,implementation,inspection,and processing,the hospital can effectively manage the inspection of the unqualified samples,continuous improvement effectively reduces the submission of substandard samples from clinical departments.Results From January2017to June2017,the unqualified rate of specimens was integrated into PDCA management from the following aspects:Inspection Label Management,Types of specimens,specimen containers,specimen volume,blood culture contamination,agglutination of anticoagulant specimens,hemolysis of specimens,etc.were improved,makes the clinical departments unqualified specimen inspection significantly reduced.Disqualification rate dropped from the highest24.95%in the first quarter of2017to8.85%in the second quarter of2017,compared with the implementation of the PDCA method.There are improvements before the administration,in which specimens,sample containers,and specimen types are significantly lower in the inspection of specimens.Conclusion The PDCA cycle management method can significantly help reduce the number of unqualified specimens in hospitals,the effective monitoring of the inspection process is an effective management method worthy of promotion and implementation.
