尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性认知障碍的临床效果及对相关指标的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Nimodipine Combined with Donepezil on Clinical Effects and Related Indexes in Vascular Cognitive Impairment

摘要 目的:研究尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年12月-2016年12月期间在我院治疗的70例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各35例。两组均进行常规治疗后,对照组给予多奈哌齐治疗,观察组给予尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的恢复情况、氧化应激、血液流变学及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后两组MMSE与ADL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组SOD、GSH-Px、CAT高于治疗前,MDA低于治疗前,且观察组SOD、GSH-Px、CAT高于对照组,MDA低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组BVL、BVM、BVH、FIB、PCV均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);对照组与观察组患者不良反应发生率分别为8. 57%和5. 71%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:对血管性认知障碍患者采用尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗能有效改善氧化应激及血液流变学,临床疗效较好。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of nimodipine combined with donepezil in treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods:70 patients with vascular dementia treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,35cases in each group.Two groups were given routine treatment,control group was given donepezil,while observation group was treated with nimodipine combined with donepezil.The recovery,oxidative stress,hemorheology and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of MMSE and ADL in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SOD,GSH-Px,CAT of two groups were higher than before treatment,MDA was lower than before treatment,and SOD,GSH-Px,CAT in observation group were higher than those in control group,while MDA in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the BVL,BVM,BVH,FIB,PC V in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in control group and observation group were 8.57% and 5.71%,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nimodipine combined with donepezil in treatment of VCI can effectively improve oxidative stress and hemorheology,which has better clinical efficacy.
