摘要
站台门单元控制器PEDC是站台门系统内部、外部关键命令的执行及反馈的重要部件,是对系统安全可靠指标有重大影响的零部件,如果两侧的PEDC均故障后,将无法控制整侧开关门,影响到地铁运营。通过继电器和冗余回路接线方式增加控制紧急回路,保证站台门PEDC (单元控制器)故障后仍能正常开关门,不至于影响到地铁正常的运营服务,并制定相应的操作维护说明,使整个设计方案更加完整,具体一定的操作性。
The platform door unit controller PEDC is an important part of the execution and feedback of the key commands inside and outside the platform door system.It is also a component that has a significant impact on the safety and reliability of the system.If both sides of the PEDC fail,it will not be able to control the whole side of the switch door,affecting the operation of the subway.The emergency control circuit is added through relay and redundant circuit wiring mode to ensure that the platform door PEDC(unit controller)can still switch normally after failure,so as not to affect the normal operation service of the subway,and the corresponding operation and maintenance instructions are formulated to make the whole design more complete and specific operability.
