摘要
自进入资本主义社会以来人类社会可供选择的经济制度具体包括完全自由市场经济制度、完全计划经济制度和混合经济制度。自新中国成立后中国的经济制度由改革开放前的完全计划经济制度演变为当下的混合经济制度,后经多年的发展形成了今天有中国特色的社会主义经济制度。中国特色社会主义经济制度促进了整个中国社会的全面进步,推动了政治经济学学科的大力发展并为其他国家经济转型提供了有效的道路范式。中国经济制度未来发展中,资源的配置与利用需要坚定地选择市场这只"看不见的手",同时不放弃政府这只"看得见的手",要继续完善由市场与政府所形成的"混合经济"。
Since the appearance of capitalism,the economic systems that human society can choose are completely free market economy,completely planned economy and mixed ownership economy.Since the founding of New China,China’s economic system has evolved from a fully planned economy(before its implementation of reform and opening up policy)to the present mixed ownership economy.After years of development,China has formed today’s socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics,which has promoted the overall progress of the whole country and the vigorous development of the discipline of political economics,and provided an effective paradigm for the economic transformation of other countries.In the future development of China’s economic system,allocation and utilization of resources should be determined by the invisible hand of the market,while the visible hand,the government should also play its appropriate role.The mixed ownership economy with both the market and the government’s participation still needs improving.
