摘要
于家堡站交通枢纽控制中心建筑位于地下,建筑方案采用了下沉、敞开无顶盖型制庭院、南北采光井等一系列手法,利用自然因素,提高地下建筑的舒适性。在不考虑其他因素变化的前提下,将下沉庭院的采光口作为研究对象,针对前后3个采光口有无顶盖的建筑设计方案进行对比,得出无顶盖式控制中心下沉庭院采光口方案最优。它充分利用自然采光和通风,减少了机电设备的投入,节约了成本,是一个典型的节能设计方案。该研究方案的实施有助于设计节能意识的培养,并为其他相关工程提供参考。
The control center of transportation hub Station Yujiapu is located on the ground floor.The building plan adopts a series of techniques,such as sinking,open courtyard without roof,north and south patios and so on.The natural factors are beneficial to improve the comfort of underground construction.On the premise of not considering other factors,the lighting atrium is researched,three architectural design schemes with or without top-cover are compared.The open courtyard without roof is the best one,which takes full advantage of natural light and ventilation,reduces the mechanical and electrical equipment investment,achieves cost-saving,and it is a typical energy saving design scheme.The implementation of the research program is helpful to cultivate awareness of energy conservation and provide reference for other related projects.
