摘要
胰腺炎作为一种犬类常见的消化系统疾病,其诱发原因较多,临床上以呕吐、腹痛、吐血、发热、精神萎靡为主要症状。其发病原因较为复杂,早期临床特异性不强。因此,会发生漏诊和误诊现象。本文分析了犬胰腺炎的发病原因和发病机理,总结了临床症状,提出了诊断和治疗的方法,以期为提高犬胰腺炎正确诊疗率、制定有针对性的治疗方案提供参考。
As a common digestive system disease in dogs,pancreatitis is caused by many factors.The clinical symptoms mainly include vomiting,abdominal pain,hematemesis,fever and listlessness.The etiology of canine pancreatitis is complicated and the early clinical specificity is not strong.Therefore,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis may occur.In this paper,pathogenesis of canine pancreatitis was analyzed,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment were proposed,in order to provide references for improving the correct diagnosis and treatment rate and formulating targeted treatment programs of canine pancreatitis.
