新能源公交客车爬坡与燃耗性能测试方法 被引量:1

摘要 提出了公交车辆爬坡性能测试方法,对比分析了不同类型新能源公交客车的爬坡性能和燃耗性能差异,提出了长坡和大客流量公交线路的车辆配置建议.结果表明:在规定的测试坡道段内,0-10 km·h-1内纯电动公交客车爬坡动力性能较好,但在0-25 km·h-1车速范围内,满载时相当于混合动力公交客车的47. 04%-77. 78%,超载20%下相当于混合动力公交客车的44. 00%-86. 02%.纯电动公交客车在爬坡路段耗电量高出11. 3%-12. 7%.测试方法能够较好地对比不同新能源公交客车的爬坡和燃耗性能,符合公交车辆的实际运行工况,能够体现最大爬坡能力稳定性,可用于分析公交车辆在爬坡与燃耗性能之间的折中点. The paper proposes a test method of climbing performance of the city bus,compares the climbing performance and fuel consumption of different types of new energy city bus,and puts forward some configuration suggestions of bus routes with long ramps and large scale of passengers.The results show that:climbing performance of battery electric vehicles between the velocity range of0~10km·h^-1is good,in the prescribed test field.However,in the range of0~25km·h^-1,the average acceleration is47.04%~77.78%of PHEV under fully loaded,44.00%~86.02%of PHEV under overloaded20%of the ordinance load.Electricity consumption of BEV in climbing sections is much higher about11.3~12.7%of the total.The test method can compare the climbing performance and fuel consumption of different kinds of the new energy buses.In addition,it is in accordance with the actual operating conditions and reflects the stability of the maximum climbing ability.The test method could be used for analyzing the compromise points of climbing ability and fuel consumption.
