300MW供热机组排渣余热的利用分析

摘要 燃煤电厂蕴含着大量的可用余热,回收这部分热能重新输送到供热热网,不仅降低机组的煤耗,而且能够降低燃煤供热机组污染物的排放量,具有非常重要的经济和环境价值。以300MW供热机组为例,分析了在一个供暖周期内,引入锅炉排渣余热对机组的影响。热泵回收余热节约标准煤是锅炉排渣余热供暖节约标准煤的44%。热泵回收余热是热泵-锅炉排渣余热回收的0.4倍。 Coal-fired power plant contains a large number of available waste heat,this part of the energy retransported to the heating network,not only reduce the unit consumption,but also can reduce the pollutant emissions of coal-fired heating units,has a very important economic and environmental value.This paper takes 300MW heating unit as an example,the steam network(extraction steam heating)and water(heat pump boiler bottom slag waste heat and heat pump)to affect the heating unit energy consumption and characteristics.The results show that a heating cycle,the heat pump heat recovery to save standard coal boiler slag is waste heat heating standard coal saving 44%.Heat pump heat recovery is 0.4 times of heat pump and boiler slag waste heat recovery.
