摘要
该文依据新型城镇化与产城融合发展的核心理念构建了包含产业发展、城镇发展、人的发展和产城人协同四个维度的产城融合发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型计算出产城融合发展水平;基于人才、技术、资金、原材料供给、发展环境和外部动力六个方面,运用OLS法分析其影响因素。结果显示:新疆产城融合发展水平总体呈上升趋势,农业发展水平、市场化程度、科技进步、对外开放和人力资本等因素对新疆产城融合发展水平具有显著的促进作用;金融支持对产城融合发展水平虽具有促进作用,但是影响却不显著。
Based on the core idea of the new urbanization and the integration of production and city,the paper constructs evaluation index system of production-city fusion development level,including such four dimensions as industrial development,urban development,human development and industry-city-human coordination,by using entropy of TOPSIS model to calculate level.Based on such six aspects of talent,technology,capital,raw material supply,development environment and external dynamics,we used OLS method to analyze the influencing factors.The results show that the overall integration and development level of Xinjiang’s production-city fusion is on the rise,and that the factors such as agricultural development level,marketization degree,science and technology progress,opening up and human capital have obvious promoting effect on the development level.Financial support has a positive effect on the development level,but the influence is not obvious.
